Judge Rules Against Activision DJ Game Case

If head banging to Metallica or strutting around in scarves and tights like Aerosmith isn’t your thing then move over Guitar Hero and Rockband because video game publishers are coming out with games that allow people to be DJ’s.  One game is called DJ Hero and the other is Scratch the Ultimate DJ.

Unfortunately, there’s an intellectual property fight between the two.  A judge in LA has ordered game publisher Activision, which is behind DJ Hero, to turn over the source code and other software material to the smaller company, Genius Productions.  I would have much rather seen a DJ battle between the two companies.

If DJing still isn’t your thing, you can join the minority of people that still reads books.  Reading opens a whole new world of opportunities.  You can be anything.  Take a look, it’s in a book of Reading Rainbow!
